WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
The Bright Eyed Baby Company aim to provide high quality products. All products are personally inspected prior to delivery, however if you are not fully satisfied, within 7 days of receipt of item, in exceptional circumstances we will accept returns. If you wish to discuss a refund, please email us at [email protected].Please note delivery on initial purchase will not be refunded and will need to receive the product before any monetary refund can be issued.
When returning your purchase it must be unused and in the same condition that you receive it and must also be in the original packaging. Returns are at buyers own cost.
In the unlikely event that there is a fault or defect with your purchase upon delivery, we will replace or reimburse for the purchased price of the items and ask for the product to be returned prior to doing so, so it can be fully inspected and investigated further. Postage on initial order will be refunded and we will reimburse any postage costs with returning the faulty product.
Please note, due to hygiene reasons, the teething products must NOT HAVE BEEN USED and are in their original packaging.
We can not be held responsible for interest charges made by a credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
We require for you to obtain and keep the proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for any items that fail/ delay on reaching us.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Shipping within the UK is charged as follows:
* A flat rate of £2.50 for Royal Mail 1st Class Postage
*A flat rate of £1.95 for Royal Mail 2nd Class Postage
* Orders over £25.00 and above will qualify for free UK Royal Mail 2nd ClassPostage. If you would like it any sooner please contact us
* Promotions where discount codes are used eg, free postage, will be sent 2nd Class unless stated otherwise.
European and International shipping is charged as follows:
• A flat rate of £7.00 within Europe for Royal Mail International 1st Class postage
• A flat rate of £5.95 within Europe for Royal Mail International 2nd Class Postage
If you require a tracked service please contact us prior to ordering so we can provide a quotation for postage.
We aim to send out all UK orders within 2 working days. All international orders will be sent out within 2-3 working days.
In the case of any additional import duty charges, these must be fulfilled by the recipient. We are not liable for any customs charges, your order may incur
HOW SAFE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS AND HOW DO YOU CLEAN THEM?
Our teething products have been vigorously tested in an approved UK UCAS testing centre to ensure they meet EU Children's Safety Standards requirements and are suitable for babies, carrying the CE certificate and pass the safety tests of EN71 parts 1 and 2.
Our silicone products are 100% food grade silicone, free from BPA, PVC, phthalate, cadmium, lead and heavy metals, tasteless, odourless and as they are naturally hypoallergenic, its hard for bacteria to settle. On initial use wash the product thoroughly and regularly in hot soapy water and leave to air dry. Silicone products are dishwasher safe but so no chemical residue is left on the products, try boiling in hot water for 5 minutes or using natural solutions of vinegar and water or bicarbonate soda and water.
The wooden teething rings are made from naturally, untreated beech wood, are free from chemicals and environmentally friendly as well as containing antibacterial properties. They can be treated with organic coconut oil to maintain condition and to prevent cracks and damage. Do not put any of our wooden products in the freezer or soak them as this will damage the wood and reduce the lifespan of your product.
Our Bandana Dribble Bibs are made form 100% cotton and measure 40cm x 28cm approximately. To care for your bibs:
*Machine wash at 30 degrees c.
*Do not bleach
*Wash with similar colours
*Do not tumble dry
*Reshape whilst wet
*Dry flat
Warning:
*Keep away from fire or flammable substances
*Do not leave bib on baby whilst sleeping or left unsupervised.
Please ensure that you are regularly checking your purchases for any signs of wear and tear to ensure safety of use. Discard after any signs of damage.
